Well...I'm not sure I believe in the standard Christian version of God, but allow me to play devil's advocate (no pun intended, lol).If such a god did exist, he would do things of his OWN will, not the will of you or another person. Therefore, you could not techinically prove that god didn't exist by demanding that he or she strike you down. Or something.

Because god is real, and his infite wisdom was to create you so you can learn and partake in his infinity which transcends ur ability to reason on what god is. in other words god created us, and is not going to destroy us, if u need to reason like that. if anything doesnt exist it is definetly the Christian God of hipocrisy, which judges people and condemns them to hell. but god exists ... u dont need a book... just look all around you and u will know what i mean, if not then u are not ready to comprehend it but u will someday.

The response to this is straight forward:
God has already put on this earth all the proof needed for anyone who is serious to show he exists. Who do you (or anyone else) think they are to expect special demonstrations of God's power?
This is the same as sending a letter to the Whitehouse saying "OK George, if you don't hit me with a nuke in one hour, I don't think you really live in the Whitehouse."

An incredibly stupid question. God doesn't do tricks at your or anyones will. You will be judged at the end of your life and in the meantime, you will live your life. Magic and childish tricks are not traits of God.

if god spent his day doing parlor tricks for people who didnt believe-how would he be available for the miracles he does for the people with faith. I believe in god but I'm not particularly "a faithful follower" and even I could figure that one out.
