There would be a lot less road rage. Please try to use them so my son will be safe while learning how to drive.

I drive an 18 wheeler. My weight is generally right at gross, which is 80,000 pounds...Eighty THOUSAND pounds!! I am quite convinced that drivers who do not use common sense (this includes using the turn signals) obviously either have a death wish or are just morons. I have come within inches of killing an entire family because of this very thing....and they're STILL driving around oblivious! Some of the people reading this right now nearly died today and don't even realize it!
To those above who don't use them when no one is around, I guarantee you you fail to use them when people are around sometimes, too....you should be in the habit of using them all the time...I've often caught myself using them driving out of the driveway!!!!!

Turn signals let the driver behind you know what your intentions are. I never used them until I got rear ended by someone talking on a cell phone. It is against the law of most states to change lanes or turn without signaling.

Some people use the turn signal but are unaware it is not working. No excuse just a thought.

Imagine driving in the rain and not having your wipers on to see where you are going??
Now using your signals is the way same as wipers - you are letting the other drivers know where you are going and should always be used. Its really no if's... and's or buts about it.

I use them when necessary. If my turning or changing lanes will not affect your driving, I do not worry about it. (ie passing on two lane road I will not signal to get back over....that is obvious)

I hate when people don't signal. I screws up the flow of traffic.

I try to use them all the time - maybe 90-95% of the time I do.
But sometimes I forget.

duh you cant reveal your plan to the enemy, hhahah just kidding, it makes me mad when people don't signal because they might just shoot into your lane when your are speeding and cause a bad accident, i drive really fast and even when I'm like racing with my friends i use my signals
