You can't (without lypo). When your body burns fat, it doesn't matter if you are doing stomach crunches or leg lifts or chinups (and by the way, unless you are doing your stomach crunches fast enough to increase your heart rate, you aren't losing ANY weight at all, you are strengthening your abs - so they'll feel nice and hard under the flab:) )
The only way to lose fat is to burn it by getting your heart rate up. The thing about that is when you burn fat, your body gets rid of it in first the last place that you put it on. This tends to be face and boobs and arms - soo... you're kinda out of luck. So, to lose the weight, do cardio - running and walking and dancing and anything else that gets your heart racing ;) and eat right, and you'll lose that tummy in no time. No worries though - you'll be beautiful either way.

I know FOR A FACT this is impossible. Trust me....You cannot spot reduce. You can do a zillion crunches, and youll have a nice six pack....right under all that fat on your stomach. Youd have to lose the fat (by doing cardio) to see those great abs. However, boobs are fat, and the fat comes off everywhere, not just our problem areas. My boobs are the first to go when I lose weight. Sucks, but thats how it is. Also, do chest exercises...it will make your boobs seem perkier and bigger.

Ultimately, body fat is body fat, and when you start a weight reduction program you can't control or constrain where the body depletes fat stores from.
But I think you already knew that, or you wouldn't be asking this question.
You can work toward the perception of greater fitness in your abdominal area by losing a modest amount of weight combined with aggressive ab exercise regimen to promote better ab muscle tone, and correct posture to keep your tummy pulled in as much as possible (and it will make a significant difference having more abdominal muscle strength).
Best to you.

Usually that is true..but some people are different, you can however do specific exercises to tone that area instead of losing weight.
