Implants can be beautiful and real breasts can be, too. But both can also suck. So it's a toss up for me. By the way, I have implants because my real breasts sucked.

Definately real the fake ones look good but you can most of the time tell if they are fake so REAL

i have real boobies...i'm a 40 DD and i don't understand why women, who are meant to carry a smaller size,upgrade to D or DD's.....i think women that have implants put in aren't attractive, the women i've seen have smaller frames and get a C or D and it isn't proportional to the rest of the body. not cute. so i vote for being natural, and accentuating what god gave ya!

If your thoughts are to get them or not,,, dont bother,,, your beauty is in your character, and your smile,,, believeme thats a hellofalot more Bewitching than some Fake funky boobs,,,

Real ones of course, but the fake ones sure do look nice and perky and round. I wish mine looked like that. :(

if you want to know my view/taste it's this
you only contact the outside area/skin surface-so in the throws of passion it doesn't matter
but for yourself-i probably wouldn't get cosmetic surgery for any reason

i have seen alot on breast augmentation, and it really depends on your comfort level w/yourself, i myself will be getting implants because of losing and gaining weight so much.
