I started taking Phentermine 3 days ago and started having headaches, temperature changes(having a fever), body aches, dizziness, and heart palpatations. I'm not sure if I'm getting a bug that's going around(I work in an ER), or of this is related this the medicine.

I'm assuming you mean like hot flashes? Yes I did when I was taking phentermine, got the shakes alot also.

I lost 112 pounds by losing it slowly. I was happy at losing 1-5 pounds amonth. It took me 1.5 years to lose it but it is gone. I exercised daily so that I would not have the flabby skin. I started out only being able to walk 7 minutes and gave up that day. I went back out the next day and walked 15 minutes. I can now jog and love to jog 3-5 days per week up to 1 hour. You can do this !

It is related to the medicine. Phentermine is supposed to up your metabolism and body temperature, a process called thermogenesis.
