No, a boxer's job is to win the fight, the more dominating, the better he looks, the more publicity he gets. It's a.) the coach's responsibility to throw in the towel or b.) the refs responsibility to end the fight if a boxer is too badly injured. You can't hold a boxer liable when their opponents are injured because they are just doing their job.

Nope each state has there own Boxing Comission and the boxers are forced to sign waivers before taking a fight so the other boxer is never heald liable in a sanctioned fight.

no, every fighter knows that they chance their life every time they step into that ring.

Boxing/Fighting is a scary sport, you never know what could happen to you, the risk is definitely there, and fighters are not held accountable for killing or permanently damaging the other fighter. Only their conscious is at stake.

It sucks, but that's the name of the game.

Just to name a few Boxers...

Nigel Benn vs. Gerald McClellan .. Gerald was the reigning champ, the only one to ever beat Roy Jones Jr. back in Roy's Amateur Prime. Today Gerald is paralyzed and practically brain dead just from a freak elbow to the head.

Gabriel Ruelas vs. Jimmy Garcia...The fight was a total lopp sided fight and Gabriel actually killed the guy. After the fight, Jimmy collapsed in his corner and started shaking like crazy, he later died. Gabriel at the time was unstoppable and was never the same fighter.

Jesus Chavez vs. Leavander Johnson ...This just happened last year, LJ died the next day or the day after. They drilled a hole in his head to relieve the blood swelling, Didn't make it. Jesus Chavez promised LJ's family that he would donate all his fight earning to them.

If a boxer bits some one's ear off then yes. If a boxer fights a clean bout then the answers no. Before you step into a ring you sign a wavier and this wavier includes, the rules.

I believe Daniel's and murderer's solutions, i've got not got lots to characteristic to that. I in basic terms wanted to show that the X sign potential a wrestler replaced into harm, it would not propose end the journey. The X sign potential the wrestler is harm, so the different wrestler has to purchase a while, or they arise with a rapid end for the period of that factor the wrestler is harm...however the fits are continually comprehensive someway. even while Candice Michelle took that nasty fall from the authentic rope against Beth Phoenix, Candice had broken her collar bone and replaced into subconscious after the autumn. The ref in basic terms instructed Beth to tug her removed from the ropes and pin her to end the journey.

It depends on how the injury happened. As long as the rules are followed as well as the directions from the referee, the fighters have no liability.

no, you both will have to have a physical statement to get a license to fight. That will absolve you from wrongdoing as long as you stick to the rules.
