Condition, condition, condition! Use hair masks bought at Walmart or your regular conditioner and leave it in for a couple of
hours. This should saturate the hair with conditioner... Use this on the ends since roots become oily. Don't rinse out all of your conditioner while in the shower... It tames frizz too. If you still have frizz, use cooking oil to saturate your ends and take away frizz.
If you STILL have frizz, buy a shine serum and use it only on the ends... Try using a cream, too.

my sister has frizzy hair and she uses a special shampoo she alos uses a conditioner that she just rubs on her hair after her shower she also uses de-frizz hairspray

i use this stuff called "Got-2-Be". it's like this orange goo that doesn't smell bad you only use a little bit of it; works pretty good!
