i like this guy i liked for about 4 years now (on and off) and he has a girlfriend. (they have been dating for 1+ years) whenever i look over at him he is always eather looking at me or about to.(well thats what i think) the first day of school i talked to him and we flirted majorly, but idk and i am unsure what to do,

should i tell him i like him? if so how do i tell him? what do i say?

You and I are in a similar boat, so I'll give you some of the advice I've been given:
-make sure he's not just playing you
-see how things are with his relationship
-find the right time to tell him you like him if you are going to do it

That's so wrong! How would you feel if you were the girlfriend? Cheating or thinking of cheating with someone that is already taken is horrible!! Just leave him alone and find someone else. You know...there are a whack of other guys out there!! And if they break up down the road...maybe he'll come find you. But if not, then it wasn't meant to be.

NOO do not do that, if you do u wil be hated by the entire school b/c the girl is prob mad at him and wil take it out on u. But if u want talk 2 him and then tel him that he shuld not b with that chick htne its ur chioce.

it sounds like hes interested in u too! girlfriend is a girlfriend but that ODES NOT MEAN u shouldn't start flirting! go for it !

I think it's ok to tell him you like him. It's up to him to decide what to do with his other girl. Leave her or keep her. It's his decision.

stay out of other people relationships, if he is not happy with her he will break if off then you can go after him til then back off/move on

you need to leave him alone, before you gain his interest, only to get hurt behind it, you already no he has someone, take heed. don't take the rist unless he's fully available to be with you one on one
