Hi According to my brother who is a physician said that you loose weight gradually and it is distributed in your whole body. You may concentrate on the abdominal area by certain exercise like sit ups. But don't feel frustrated when after so many sit-ups you still have the same abdomen size. It only indicates that the abdominal muscle has developed. Just keep at it and it will be reduced. Exercise is not the only thing you should do. You should have good diet. Exercise increases your metabolism that is why you burn food faster. Good luck and hope I help a bit.

I have tried all kinds of things in my life to lose weight but I just recently discovered a natural & healthy way that's even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life. I feel 100% better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2" in my waist and I have lost 20 pounds in only the last 26 days. What’s incredible (honestly) is that I did not diet, eat special foods, skip meals, or even exercise.

30 crunches AND sit-ups everymorining to begin with, also lots of running like maybe a mile in the afternoons that's when you'll sweat most(which is what you want).Maybe you could join croos country.Eat healthier foods you don't have to go on a major diet.Usally people don't stick to diets so then there self esteem goes down because they feel like they can't accomplish anything.Im just sayong cut back on the sweets and fats. You need to think positive thoughts running a mile and doing cruches and situps every day will be hard at first don't let your mind take control.

Don't eat anything that is white, i.e. Bread, Rice, Sugar, and Dairy. Stay away from Fast food. Eat more Fruit vegetables and protein. Don't spend more than 1 hour a day watching TV, get out and ride your bike, walk and do some sit ups.

1. Eat Well! No fast food, and LOTS of salads.
2. Try doing some cardio every day, like walking half an hour or something like that.
3. Also some kind of toning exercise, like Pilates or normal abs.
4.Always bring in your tummy, when you sit, whe you lay down, when you eat, ALWAYS!!

Sadly, its diet. You have to diet to lose the fat around the belly, than if you want abs, thats when you will do the working out part.
