Massachusetts will only issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples from out of state if the couple intends to reside in Massachusetts after the marriage.

You'd be better off crossing the border and getting married in Canada. Canada has no law against same-sex marriage. No waiting period. No blood test.

Sorry, I don't know. I did just see a CNN report that New Jersey just passed that same-sex marriage is now legal there.
