I am Wiccan and everytime a Wiccan answers a question abpout religion, Christians think they need to condem us. Why so they have to be so close-minded. Cant they see their way is not the only way.
BTW paganism outdates christianity.

******Not condemnation, but, yes, I do try to be a witness. Why? Because if what I'm saying is true, then you WILL go to hell if you don't believe. Wouldn't it be selfish of me to keep that to myself? ********
We don't believe in Hell.

Yes ive had to put a couple of those type of christians straight tonight. They are the first ones to complain if anything is said to them but they think they can be nasty, and preach and its acceptable. They are turning people against them by their own actions.

A common misconception is that Jehovah's Witnesses go from door-to-door because they feel it is their duty to "condemn" a householder. In fact, Jehovah's Witnesses would go from door-to-door even if there were no hope that anyone would change their religion, or even if no one would listen to them!
That is because Jesus Christ specifically assigned the house-to-house ministry to the Christian congregation, with no regard for specific results.
(Luke 10:1,2) After these things the Lord designated seventy others and sent them forth by twos in advance of him into every city and place to which he himself was going to come. 2 Then he began to say to them: “The harvest, indeed, is great, but the workers are few. Therefore beg the Master of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.
Jehovah's Witnesses are trained to direct attention to the bible, and move on when their message is unwanted. Since each congregation in the United States tries to call at every home in its territory at least twice each year, there is strong motivation for them to move on where little interest is shown. Also, the Scriptures help the Witnesses to expect little interest from most:
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching ...and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

im Catholic (which is a form of Christianity...some ppl dont realize that...) but i never preach to anyone...people believe what they believe for a reason and no one has the right to try to change that...im sorry if uve encountered Christians that preach to you (i have too) but not all of us are the same!! i actually have a Wiccan friend, an Agnostic friend, an Agnostic brother, and few Atheist friends and I sometimes wonder to myself why they feel the way they do, and i sometimes wish they believed what i believe, but i would never tell them to believe something...its just wrong. We have Freedom of Religion in this country and that means u can believe or NOT believe anything u want!!

What is the truth? Is there truth out there in this crazy world? Christ said "I'am the way, the truth, and the life" and I believe him. You may have had bad experiences but people have good intentions. It's not politically correct to believe in absolute truth in this world awash in relativism. But we Christians believe that there is clear clarity in the personhood of Christ. And that this world isn't meant to be a basket of confusion that it seems to be. We believe that there is a ray of light from Heaven that cuts through the muck, known as truth. I never condem anyone. I respect your wiccan beliefs though I may not agree with them but I respect them. That is your choice to believe in what you choose to believe. If you feel you were condemed by fellow Christians perhaps you misinterpreted people and took it the wrong way. By the way Christ, the son of the living God is eternal and no one outdates Him.

Judaism and Christianity have been foundations and teachings for building civilizations. (Leave out the damage caused by power hungry politicians using religion as an excuse for grabbing property from others for now).
The Jewish tribes formed a society that was workable for them, and the rules originating from the Mosaic Laws founded that.
Much of our North American culture and law is based on Christian principles.
What enduring civilization or normative culture Wicca been successful in building upon which people could build a happy society?
It is good to share the knowledge which our society is rooted on.

If you have children (or even friends) who are traveling on a road that you know has been destroyed about a mile down the road. There will be sheer drop off and they will surely die if you don't let them know and tell them to stop going down the road. You need to tell them to turn around and change directions or they will be lost and dead forever. Most people who love people would not let them continue on to their death. They would do anything to let them know that they are headed for certain destruction. That is why Christians try to help those who are going the wrong way. And, by the way, Jesus IS the only way. You'll find that out soon enough!

Don;t comprehend what type of Christians you've been in contact with, yet unbelievers at the instantaneous are not created for the express purpose of creating the believers seem good and experience arrogant about themselves. surely, if everyone who claims to be Christian expresses those kinds of ideas then they are an unbeliever in what Christ stands for. particularly frankly, i visit't in all likelihood comprehend for particular who is going to heaven and who isn't depending upon what they are doing on the instantaneous, or did the day till now on the instantaneous. They probably would replace their ideas and settle for Christ at any aspect till now their actual lack of existence, which may recommend they visit heaven. i need to subsequently wait till I enter into heaven myself to locate who has made it there.

Matthew 24:14 "And this good news of the kingdom must be preached in all the inhabited earth, for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come."
Matthew 28:19, 20 "Go therefore and make disciples of peoples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things."
These commands from Jesus require all Christians to preach about God's incoming kingdom and the benefits it will bring to mankind. That is why Jehovah's Witnesses go from door to door in the same manner as Jesus and his apostles.

Actually darlin, most paganism is a Victorian invention.I'm not denying that pre-Christians were Pagan, just that there is not an unbroken lineage from the druids to now
Most modern pagans nowadays worship an unspecified"goddess",rather than a specific spirit
im not mocking your religion, any more than I mock Christianity, but dont think its ancient

How do you define preaching?!
A person who publicly disagrees with you and states honestly from their perspective why they feel as they do, is not a case for close-mindedness!
Just because a person disagrees with you does not mean they are close minded.
