you know what, having the same or similar hair do gets boring after a while! if you want to do something different with your hair and go to church like that so be it!in life there is always room to change and that is what life is about!stop worrying about what others might say about your hair do and do what makes you happy!and in most cases everyone is used to see you with the same old boring due therefore when they see you with a new due i can guarantee you that you will have them complimenting you! why should you care? change and live a little! experiment new things and see that you do not have only X amount of options but rather infinite options!if you do something new with your hair and you feel good then it shows! you are your own person but try not to please everyone!i learned that the hard way-it is stupid doing things according to others' perception!

Sometimes you do have to worry about what people think. What is most important is to find a decent balance between what others think and what you think/want. If you are trying to get a job, or want to fit in somewhere then you have to worry about what people think.

As a professional, I have to worry about what people think in order to get clients. At the same time, I dont want to lose my identity in society. My opinion is just as valid (usually more so) than the next person. So you walk that line, unless of course, you dont mind and want to be an outcast.

It seems you do care about what the people at church will think, and perhaps you should. There are certain places where one should be particularly respectful of their environment - church, work, family gatherings, etc. There is nothing wrong with you being respectful, thoughtful and considerate of those around you. Just try to find a middle ground. Dont lose yourself.

Can you wear a hat, that is appropriate for church? Can you tie it up while there, and let it out afterwards? Would a scarf be appropriate?

This world is not always about people having to scream out loud about who THEY are. "LOOK AT ME, SEE I'M DIFFERENT - I WONT CONFORM."

I have tattoos. I knew that at my job people would think differently of me, but I got them anyway. BUT
1. I didnt put it on my FOREHEAD and
2. when appropriate, I make sure its hidden.

I'm still me whether you see it or not. And I'm not bitting off my nose to spite my face.

I change my hair color twice a year. My style varies, but not by a lot. I really don't care what people think. I do it for me.

One of the little girls at church noticed I changed my hair color and mentioned it to her mom. I thought it was cute that she would notice.

Honey, if you want to change something about yourself, do what makes you happy. Don't worry about what the others may think. They may like it - but that doesn't matter, its your hair. Go for it!!!

my hair has been every color of the rainbow. I went to church any way. The people at church are supposed to be like family and family members love you no matter what your hair looks like. You are probably worried for nothing.

I do not think that it really matters what other people think about me. So just do whatever you think is right. If you want a new hairstyle than get one and do not be afraid of what other people think.

Who cares what people think. Do what makes you feel happy. Don't let others affect the way you want to live, feel, or be. They aren't living your life. You are.

Do what you want and what makes you happy. People from church are not supposed to judge others anyway.

First of all don't ever worry about what others think. If you are going to dye YOUR hair, please, do it for YOU. Do something subtle for starters, like highlights.
