eat a lot of fruit and vegies do not drink coffe or soda and if you do use a straw. that works perfectly well if u brush 3 to 5 times a day.

swish w/ peroxide for about 10 to 15 sec. every day you will see
a difference within about 2 to 3 weeks. that's all them teeth whiteners are any way.

Little bit of baking soda on your tooth brush, don't swallow. I've also heard peroxide works.

rinse with peroxide is not a good idea. a bit baking soda is fine.
