why is that a law enforcement question and not under "politics" or "law and ethics"?

I was very surprised to come upon your question. I am a smoker and since they started banning certain areas i have also started smoking more. I used to smoke about half a pack a day but it is more like a full pack.

It's because someone is telling you you cant do it so you want to do it more. Just like when you try and quit smoking that's all you can think about is smoking a cigerette! Or you only have a few left and you wont be able to get more until later it makes you want to smoke the few you have left up.

Never thought that much about it.. But you might be right. Here in Oregon a person can still smoke in bars and stuff. But I agree if I'm heading for a spot I know I can't smoke.. I'll puff a couple down in advance. Lot more 1/2 cigs being wasted also.

I haven't smoked more since the bans. But what you may be seeing that you tend to have to throw away more because you are going into a no smoking establishment.

I cant say 4 myself i dont smoke, but maybe u smoke more cus you feel the need to drag heavily before you go to say work or any non smoking environment to get u through the day. Its like u need to stock up your lungs, since you cant jst get out a siggy wen u feel like it anymore.

I smoke the same amount, and think if cigarettes become illegal to buy then we all will just have no option but to quit.
