The differences between the two are nil. 94 was the first year for the SN-95 body style. It is basically an improved version of the Fox chassis.

Nothing at all. Although `95 was the last year of the 5.0 a.k.a the 302. After that they went over to the 4.6 modular V-8.

I don't think that any changes were made between the '94 and '95 model years. The 90's body for the mustang sure is ugly though... Too bad I can't afford a post-'05 one... they're gorgeous

Nothing is different between the years, i dont like them much, a bit slugish and the engines didn't seem as powerful as like the 87-93 mustangs. I had a 94 mustang, 5spd and i didn't like it at all, 93 mustang convertable was faster.

Don't own one but work on them all the time and really isn't any difference at all.. Between the 95year and the 96year I think was the change to a 4.6 from the 5.0 motor

Nothing is different..But if you're looking to make one fast, I'd pick up a fox body mustang instead.
