I want to put a two minute dvd clip on my website, what is the best quicktime pro file setting for this?

mp4? mov? avi? streaming? details please! i am using quicktime pro!

well first of all quicktime sucks but thats besides the point, avi. is usually the best but mp4 is the smallest so u choose. I use avi. all the time for mine

I'd use mp4 with the H.264 codec for the best quality.
Quicktime is far better than anything that relies on avi.
