Stick to salads and vegetables and poultry and fish and drink alot of water as water is the catalyst or should I say in lay terms the burner. When you drink it you appear to gain more weight but in the end the loss is wonderful and it helps you to stay full. Don't drink too much water the day of the party though!

god do not starve yourself! no man is worth you if he wants you looking like a stick! ew. just find some hot clothes that show your assets and hide your faults, and you'll be fine. do your hair sexy, and make-up too. EAT RIGHT. you're party is 3 months away! if you eat only salad 4 3 month, you will likely die of starvation or from lack of energy. even if u made it to the party, you will make a fool of yourself and faint at the party from a lack of energy. YOU NEED PROTEIN AND CARBS. not so much carbs, or else fat will come, but not too little so u are weak. salads do not provide enough energy. but keep up exercising though. it's always good to be fit.

no, your diet is unhealthy. salads dont provide very much energy. Carbohydrates and proteins must be included. if you deprive yourself of food, your body will go into a state of shock, and your metabolism will slow down. this mean it will be harder for you to burn calories and fat, no matter how hard you exercise. your body thinks that it is being starved, and in order to preserve itself, it will store every little bit of energy you put into it. Plus, it is nearly impossible to avoid other tempting food for 3 months, unless you become anerexic (which is a life threatening disease). ONe day, you will just start eating like crazy, because like i said before, you've been depriving yourself. So my best advice is to cut down your portion size, but still eat nutricious, balance meals. Eat chicken and fish.. those food have good fats and proteins so you can build long, lean muscles. Also, stay away from white bread. for energy... eat wholewheat food, and food that have lots of fiber... like oatmeal... which doesnt have a lot of calories.. but is still filling. Most importantly... stay away from saturated fats.. those are fats that are solid at room temperature.. such as butter. desserts are also not too good, but allow yourself an occasional treat like a porfait with yogurt and fresh fruit. Just please dont starve youself. even if you do lose weight, you will eventually gain it back. If you trully want to improve you physique, make healthy choices that will benefit you in the long run. It is not worth your misery living off of salads for months all for one party.

make sure all meats are cooked on the qirll.instead of sodas drink water if you tried of water drink fsvored water juice is fine instead of cake and stuff like that eat fruits after every meal exercise

eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. You
can also have 1 bowl of Vegetable soup.
Today is feast day. You will eat 1 cup of rice. You
also have to eat six whole tomatoes and drink 12
glasses of water today to cleanse your system of the
excess uric acid you will be producing.
Today is another all vegetables day. You must eat 1
cup of rice today and eat all the vegetables you
want, cooked or uncooked, in your hearts content.
Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup of rice, fruit
juice and the vegetables you care to consume.
Tomorrow morning you will be five to eight Kgs. Lighter
than 1 week ago. If you desire further weight loss repeat
the program again. Repeat the program as often as you
like. However, it is suggested that you rest for three
days before every repetition.
You have your system under control now and it will thank you for all the purging and cleansing you just gave it.
Even more than a diet program it is good to follow this diet once in a while to clean your digestive system and

Day Six:
It is similar to five. Vitamins and fiber from the vegetables and carbohydrates from the rice. By now your system
is in a total weight loss inclination. There should be a noticeable difference in the way you look today compared to
day one.
Day Seven:
You may celebrate with champagne. You may also have white wine instead of champagne, but in all practical
