Cindy, try churches. Most have a policy of helping temporarily or partially with certain bills. You may consider giving up the internet if you have it at home too. Ask about help finding a job at churches too. Some have some handywork or cleaning you can do temporarily while you apply for other positions.

God wants you to be able to meet your needs, but he does also want you to do the best you can with what you have.

try a social services agency, or a womans help group. If your in california there is a free womens book available. Salvation army has a list of programs especially with the holidays around the corner.. Catholic Charities, etc... good luck and god bless!

Talk to your local church...maybe they can help out...or at least tell you where to go. Also do a search for a local non-profit group that also helps.
