Do a web search for antique window latches. Many companies carry these old things.

Also do you have a building salvage yard in your area. This is where they take parts of buildings about to be demolished. They will have bins and bins of these old latches.

If there are many old buildings in your community, contact your lumber or hardware store.......hopefully the smaller or independent, not the big box stores. They often carry what a neighborhood needs. Ace Hardware, TrueValue are what I'm talking about.
