1. Stretch-don't wanna pull any muscles.
2. A light jog.
3. Lift weights. Do legs one day and arms the next, this way your
muscles an recover.
4. Push-ups and sit-ups.
Thats a pretty good workout. If you can do that every day, you will get fit, fast. Add anyhting else that you think might help also. It is a good idea to chec with your doctor before starting any new fitness program.

First morning:
Sit ups (dont use your hands behind back to exercise neck too) and lunges (good for the butt musles) one day,
next morn::
girls push ups and 100 cross over toch your toes for limberness and back exercise.
Alternate every day between these 2 to rest the muscles from previous day. Also its better psychologically.
Also lots of walking with possibly some stair climbing sometime during the day.

stretches. Stretching helps to get your blood flowing, it loosens the muscles which helps them work better. If you want
something simple and basic.........do 10-15 minutes of good stretches a day.
Also, yoga is a good form of daily exercise.

walking is very healthy for an everyday activity. just keep your pace a little bit above the speed you would normaly walk at. it will evevate your heart rate and boost your metabolism.
