If you go to Google (or any other search engine) and type DEFINITION LANGUAGE into the window, you'll get 56,900,000 hits in 0.23 seconds (at Google).

You can easily find the definition.

Now, if you need a definition from a sociological perspective, or from the anthropological side of things, or from some other specialized viewpoint then you'll need to rephrase your question. It's far too simplistic to draw a more sophisticated answer then, well, go look in any of the zillion online dictionaries, dude. Here's a good one: www.dictionary.com
