Might have a bit of trouble getting them to mix and stay mixed!

Citrus vodka Dressing

1T minced shallot
6T Citrus flavored vodka
1/2 C olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Mix and go ahead and use it right away. Of course, better when aged a bit.
