it literally means "will be, will be" the "que sera sera" is a quote from an old american song that said "que sera sera whatever will be will be" in spanish by adding "que" you are asking a question as in this sentence " que sera la respuesta?"-"what will be the answer?"

'Sera' means 'Will be'. So the translation should be 'Will be, Will be'. Like the song: que sera, sera. Whatever will be, will be.

I believe, sera sera as in "Que Sera Sera" is Italian, not Spanish; but, I guess could be Spanish, too. Sera means will be; hence, will be, will be.
