Are there any people out there who also have DID? If so, how do you cope? How much progress have you made? I would also be interested in communicating via email and messenger if there is anyone else out there who also have DID like myself. I feel so alone and isolated.

Hi hun! Yes I have d.i.d too. I cope by taking my medines and taking one day at a time. I don't know, but do you have black outs?? This is the hardest thing to cope with because I don't know what I do in this lost time. I have made a lot of progress. I have been on meds and I have been seeing a therapist for 16 years. I had crap all the way up over my head to deal with now it is at butt level. I feel the same way I posted a question similiar to yours but got very little response.
