think positive. I suffer from the same thing and while I only take Percocet for mine, I still go to the gym and try to stay active. Movement is important. Don't stop moving, no matter how much it hurts. Once you do, you will be a vegetable. I know its hard, but its worth it. Try to distract yourself. Take up a hobby, go out but please keep moving. If your on a nerve block catheter, obviously yours is worse than mine but still, please keep moving and think positive. I wish you all the luck in the world. I'm with you.

I work for the top doctor in the southeastern United States for RSD treatment. Check out our website

piedmontpmr.com

You can sign up with the safe e-mail and e-mail him directly. We get complaints from a lot of our RSDer's when it rains or even a front moves through. There are a lot of suggestions on our site and you can also contact the RSD support group through our site. Check it out
