Great question. I read that book a few years ago... it was about how well we deal with change, correct? The Cheese refers to rats or mice in a maze, once they get used to their cheese (reward) being in the same place it's very distressing when the guys studying them move the cheese. What is unfamilliar tends to be scary!
If I wasn't afraid, I would quit my dead end job, stay home with my son, go to college part time, and become a teacher. I have actually started this process recently, because I realized that I only have one life, and I can't afford to live with regrets weighing me down. There will always be another "job" if I'm wrong... but I'm reminded of a quote that goes something like "I'd rather regret something I did than something I didn't". I have to at least try.

I'm not afraid and i live a seemingly normal life that's as hectic, unpredictable, cruel, tiresome and all together adventure filled life as the next person. People are always moving my cheese but its not the end of the world i usually find it eventually, otherwise i replace it or get over it.

a heck of alot more than im doing right now.
id talk to people and not be afraid of what they would say to me or what i would say to them, i wouldnt be afraid of what people thought of me or what they said behind my back, i would be alot more open and i wouldnt be as quiet as i am. i would tell certain people what i really thought of them.
i would go bungee jumping and if i saved enough money i would visit other countries, i would go mountain climbing. and i wouldnt doubt myself.
ok, well i might do some of this stuff, lol

I would go and look for a new cheese instead of getting stuck in a cheesless station.

I've always wanted to walk a tightrope. It's not fear keeping me from it, I've just never had the opportunity. When I read your question, this was the first thing to come to mind.

My friend asked me to read that book. I personally don't have a problem change.

What a no-brainer for this writer: I would run, not walk, to take my road test and finally get my driver's license. (I am 63 years old.)
One day, I will have the courage to fail it.

this seems similar to the question 'what would you do if you know you couldn't fail?"
what would i do? everything i could, if fear isnt holding me back, then nothing really is(unless its some crazy stunt where phisical limits would hold me back, like riding a unicyle on my head wile on a tightrope skydiving.)
