Sometimes. And sometimes there's a smile behind my pain. And sometimes my smile is just my smile and my pain is just my pain. Pretty much the same as everyone.

There's always pain behind my smile. I find that when i don't smile the pain is less. Because smiling, for me, is lying to myself and others. When I smile I feel more pain because I know i'm lying to everyone, pretending everything is alright.

everyone has pain behind their smile...it be a lie to say no...no one has a great sparkling life full of nothing but peace and happiness

Of course. Society tells us that its not polite or appropreiate to show our true emotions. So we all fake it. Just like when some1 asks how are you doing? like 90% of people say fine or good even if they really arent
