YUCK!!!!!
Go here to read about the breeds: There are little ones in every Group" except Working. The Groups (and you can search that way) are Herding, Sporting, Hound, Non-Sporting, Terrier, Working and Misc.
http://www.akc.org/breeds/index.cfm?nav_area=breeds
You obviously need an adult. All the national breed clubs for the specific breeds have breed rescue.
FInd the list of breed rescues here:
http://www.akc.org/breeds/rescue.cfm
Do give serious thought to adopting from an adult from a breed rescue. The clubs' breed rescues go to a great deal of trouble to determine the dog's temperment, personality, likes and dislikes (particularly kids and cats and other dogs in the household), health, and level of training. They make a huge effort to match the right dog to the right home - and if they don't have one they think will be suitable for your home, they won't place it. Great way to avoid the puppy training, newpapers, chewing.......They have dogs that are purebred and part-bred (1/2 or so of their breed.)

A "pugeranian"...why would you want to do this? Just stick with the real thing, a Pug, or a Pomerania. Breeding the two does not mean you'll cancel out any health issues either dog may have. You're actually creating a dog with the health problems of BOTH breeds.

Sounds like a health nightmare. Think of all the breed related disease each of those have and put them together and you have a very expensive yearly vet bill. I suggest you go to www.petfinder.org to adopt a dog that is a good size for plane rides minus the health problems.
