I have been doing a lot of bicep curls along with all the other stuff but I mostly focus on that. I have started to focus more on the triceps and stopped doing bicep curls. my biceps are getting bigger, bigger than when I was doing the curls. My triceps are getting much bigger too so I am currently enjoying what is happening. I was just curious if this is strange or if this happens to some other people too.

The biceps are contadictory to the triceps, when one is stretched, the other is contracted. When you work your triceps, your whole upper arm has muscle tension, feel it. Triceps(3 muscle groups) are actually bigger than biceps(2 muscle groups). When your triceps get big, your whole arm looks a lot bigger, it pushes your biceps up. Look at a picture of a professional body builder, his triceps are a lot bigger.

The biceps and triceps are complementary. when you work one, you work the other upon release. Unless of course you just drop the weights after every lift.

maybe you were overworking the biceps before, and now they have the recovery time to grow. plus when you workout blood flow will pump up all your muscles near the ones you are working on.

Uh, that's what's supposed to happen. It's not just with you, it's with everyone else that does weights.
