No. Arizona and Hawaii are the only two states that don't adhere to Daylight Saving Time. Please note that there is no 's' at the end of saving, although most of us add the 's' when we refer to it.

Did you know Ben Franklin actually suggested it way back in colonial times. But the first time it was used in the US was for a short while during World War One. Later, it was brought back during WW II.
After the war, some communities continued to use it. but there was no standard for when to start it and stop it. So a Uniform Time Act was passed in 1966 that established start and end dates approximately six months apart. The goal was to save energy.

Next year a new law goes into effect which will add another 4 weeks of daylight saving time -- from the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November. Now Holloween will always be celebrated during DST.

From About.com:
Places in the U.S. and it's Territories That Do Not Participate in Daylight Savings Time:
Hawaii
Most of the Eastern Time Zone portion of the State of Indiana (starting in 2006, Indiana will be observing DST)
The state of Arizona except for the Navajo Indian Reservation
American Samoa
Guam
Puerto Rico
Virgin Islands
