okay so im having to problems, my sound sounds really fuzzy whenever a sound is being made and the WMP toolbar

Everytime my computer makes a sound, it has some really fuzzy noise behind the sound almost like a static sound and my WMP toolbar isnt working and is no longer an option when i right click on an empty space on my start task bar thing, the only options are Desktop, Quick Launch, and The languge bar

Get a can of compressed air, open up the CPU, and blow out the dust--especially the speaker.

properly i'm no expert yet i hit upon myself making noises randomly. I generally finally end up doing it while i'm on my own nonetheless so i might say it is possibly some thing to do with being bored or lonely.
