I workout in weightlifting everyday in school, and we do upperbody one day then lower body the next, for the entire week. But I like to work my chest, triceps, and biceps everyday. Does this hurt my arms and kill the muscle, or help it grow more?

Usually it's best to rest a muscle group for a day before working it out again. When you lift, you're actually breaking down your muscle fibers so that they can grow back stronger, so you have to give it a while to rebuild before you work it out again.

Well when you work out, muscles tears and when you eat food with lots of protein in them, the protein repairs the tears from the muscles. As long you're not working out one thing all the time. So it's good that you switch and back forth. And working out does help it grow more. For example, my boyfriend's older brother worked out a lot and now his arms are HUGE! Like he's all buff and everything. Haha. So yeah.

I would stick to arms one day, and legs the next. It's what the experts recommend. Your muscles cant handle all that work, and you would be hurting them more than helping.

each group needs 1-2 days to recover and grow. alternate muscle groups like you were before so they have a chance to rebound in between workouts.

3 times a week is sufficient, supposedly everyday is not required.

definitely let yourself rest! your muscle doesn't actually grow when you're working out, it grows in your downtime, so give yourself a break!
