alright i'm 17 years old and i need to loose some weight..what are some foods that dont have any sugar in it i was think about goin on a no sugar diet..unless anyone else can think of a REALLY good diet..i am around junk food all day long so its kind of hard PLEASEEE HELP

Eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and exercise. Eat more times in smaller portions to keep your metabolism going, and finally AVOID JUNK FOOD! Hope this helps!

Apart from having regular meals, paying attention to portion sizes, and exercise, some extra tips:

* Drink water. Don't need to get obsessed with 6 or 8 glasses, but keep hydrated. Sometimes you feel hungry when what you really are is thirsty. Forget about soda drinks. If you want anything else, try something like green tea, one or two cups a day.

* Have a varied diet to ensure you get all nutrients you need. When something is missing in your diet, sometimes you just feel hungry until you get enouhg of it. If your diet includes every food group, you have avery good chance of getting everything you need and feeling less hungry.

Eat fruits and veggies when you are inclined to eat junk. Stay away from sugars and sodas which make you crave junk.

well lets see if you want to avoid sweet all together there are sugar subistitue out there also you need to avoid fats and satur facts. Watch your breads and eat alot of vegetables but small portion. also drink alots of water and take one day vitamins good luck.

there is always the gym && there is also the things on t.v. that work like jenny craige diet i hear that works so just call!!!! 1 800 jenny 20 i think that is the #!!!!

just eat a normal size portion of food (one serving size is like about the size of your fist, depending), and exercize regularly, lay off of the soda and sugary drinks and snacks
