do pumpkin seeds really help you. As anyone out there felt any benefits to eating them?

Well they do have a lot of iron, potassium, vitamins A and C, so they're bound to help your system as opposed to harm, personally I've never eaten enough on a regular basis to notice any exact benefits. But it like most things, it will benefit in some way if eaten in moderation.
A good balanced diet and a little bit of what you fancy (yes I'm still talking about food) always does you good.

pumpkin seed good for menopause. Even pumpkin is good to eat. I have eaten pumpkin seed with the salad but never noticed any changes as I do eat other vegetables with it.
