I was planning on buying whey protien to help bulk up, but some one told me that protien adds weight to your face. True? False?
If it does add wirght to your face how can I prevent this?

First of all, protein doesn't help to bulk up. Here's what it does: when you exercise, your muscles get microscopic tears in them. Protein is used by your body to repair these tears and THAT makes you bulk up. As for the face weight thing, I don't know but I suggest eating meat/eggs/fish instead of pills to get protein... maybe that's where they face weight thing came from... pills...

It actually depends on your body type. For example I gain and lose evenly, but other people only gain in their stomach or legs.

So when I gain it goes everywhere including my face, but I know
other people who only gain in the stomach. Usually, depending
on how much weight you put on can, also, determine that.

Look at your previous weight gain/loss and see how your body acted then.

Good luck.

I dunno, but my guess is false because exercise can be helpful very effective when doing sit ups working with your face & drinking lots of water every single day.
