To replace the missing 'Save As' in your File menu:
Click on the Tools menu and choose Customize
Click on the Commands tab
Under Categories, click on File
Scroll the Commands (right-hand side) until you find the words 'Save As'
Click on 'Save As' and drag (hold the click) the words out onto your File menu. You should see a little grey box and a plus sign while you drag.
The File menu will open when you hover over it, wait for it to fully open.
Move down the menu, (you will see a black line as you move), until the black line in beneath 'Save'
Release the mouse-click and close the 'Customize' box
Save As will now be back in your File menu.

Go with jerjc99.
You can put this button on your toolbar too! Go into Tools > Customize and click on the Commands tab. With File selected in the Categories section, scroll down through the Commands section to find the Save As command. Drag it onto your toolbar where you want it to be. If you right-click on it (or any other button, with the Customize dialog box still open), you can add or change a picture on it, or even draw your own picture. Very cool, in a geeky kind of way. (Yes,some of us have WAY too much time on our hands!)

I Have WordPerfect, but its prety much the same. Selct "VIEW" at the top of the screen, then select "Tool Bars...." and select one that gives you a save button! Hope it helps! (and you can try on the keyboard by hitting "Ctrl" and "S" at the same time.
