PS. now the "asker" you can not possibly give all of us 10 points -- what distinguishes one answer from another is the fact that in specific cases the answerer would tell you how to make it....so
I tell you that instead of ricotta cheese -- use yogurt it is much lighter -- and for the liquor try to minimize it using-- a bit of sweet liquor -- your choice depending on your mood and what you have at home. hope it helps . bon appetit.

"Cherry Cheese Pie"
1 graham cracker redi-crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling; chilled
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla; pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

I would have to say Old South Banana Pudding with the 'nilla wafers around the edge and chunks of banana in it topped with
thick whipped cream!
Makes me think of growing up near Pascagoula MS!!!

My favourite dessert is pears covered with chocolate sauce, peanuts and whipped cream or ice cream. It is quick and easy to make and it is delicious.
