because if you ever get caught in mexico and you are there illegal, sorry but you must probably will go to jail, they will take you money and keep you as a criminal for days until they decide to send you back to your country. They immigration officials check all buses coming from south for illegals, the y are not nice to them and definitely you have no right whatsoever to be, work, study or stay in mexico. No amnesty ever by the way... so how can they claim to deserve any rights in the US??

MY FACTS for those who asked:
I am from Central America.
I travel to to the south beaches of mexico in oaxaca... they checke us 5 times during a 12 hr trip.
My cousing stayed on jail for 11/2 weeks because they found he had no papers to travel (mexianc visa) and was not mexican...
Also, even when I had a US visa, (this is funny) i went to apply for a mexican travel visa... guess what? DENIED!
My facts are real life experience.
Now, I am not against those hard working fellows, but to claim RIGHTS and demand a change of status just because...? thats too much, specially if you are not a good samaritan in your country.

NO ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
The number one issue I have dedicated my life to is stopping illegal immigration into our nation. Ever since the late 60’s our government has buried its head in the sand and pretended there was no problem. They are wrong and now we are over run and out numbered. We have between 7,000 and 10,000 illegal aliens breaking into our nation everyday. We have 10s of thousands of people thumbing their noses at our laws and over staying their visas with no intention of going back.
As Americans we are taught to always do the right thing. It is instilled into us, that many of us can not do other wise. We need to stand up for what is right. We can not continue to let people break our laws and do nothing. When we do nothing, we send a message that it is ok to break our laws.
We now have illegal aliens who believe they have a right to be here. They hold protests and march to Sacramento or Washington D.C. demanding rights they are not entitled to. They have also taken to the streets through out the nation. They are getting more and more violent. Just look at what is going on at the Costa Mesa City council meetings, because the mayor and city council want illegal alien criminals checked when arrested. Remember these same hate groups bullied our congress, county and state officials about voter fraud. They bullied the city of Santa Ana into given up parkland. They bullied the city of Tustin into giving up land.
I have found that people who support illegal aliens do so because they are illegal aliens themselves, their parents are illegal aliens, they married an illegal alien, or they are benefiting, or expect to benefit in some way from illegal aliens. A great deal of these supporters are notorious for exploiting illegal aliens themselves.
A great wave of corruption has hit our society do to illegal immigration. ID theft, voter fraud, DMV fraud, tax fraud, insurance fraud etc…gangs, drugs the list goes on and on. But now this is going on with the blessing of some government officials who refuse to obey the laws themselves and now help illegal aliens receive entitlements. The state of California with the help of Democrat and Republican elected officials have given in state tuition to illegal aliens, but at the same time refused to give tuition to American veterans or children from other states. We have banks opening up bank accounts for illegal aliens and giving them loans for houses and businesses. We have cities (Los Angeles has special order 40. Greenfield protect child molesters) through out the State of California becoming safe cities for illegal aliens. They will help them in any way they can. Including giving them entitlements. We have police chief and Sheriff departments accepting foreign IDs in order not to investigate illegal aliens. If you have an ID you are not taking in for questioning. All this must stop.
The advocates of illegal aliens accuse Americans who speak out against illegal immigration of being racist. Well Americans have a right not to let themselves be trampled on. What happened to “Don’t tread on me”? How can we teach right from wrong when we continue to let these people break our laws?
The situation has gotten complete out of hand. Our citizens are being murdered and our government continues to deny there is a problem. Our borders our completely out of control and our government continues to deny there is a problem.
But we are the people! We have an obligation to those who fought and died to gives us this great nation. We also have an obligation to our children and those who will come after us to leave this great nation as we found it.
I have spent the last 12 to 14 years of my life fighting this madness. I have gone to Sacramento. I have gone to Washington D.C. I was in New York a month before 9/11, because of this very issue. I have been to the border. I became a Minuteman and have sat at the borders of Arizona and California. California's border is more out of control then Arizona. Illegal immigration has become America's Trojon horse.

I am not an American, nor do I live there, although I have visited on occasion. I would be interested to know how much the US spends coping with the illegal immigrant problem ie. on enforcement, housing, schooling, medical care etc. I am sure it runs into the billions of dollars.
Could this money not be better spent in investing in Mexico ? What if the US loans Mexico capital to improve its infrastructure, education and industrial base? These can be in the form of soft loans with a high risk element.
Eliminate the immigration problem at the root, take away the reason for illegal immigration. The investment will stimulate the Mexican economy and create jobs for the average Mexican.The benefits in my opinion are as follows:
1) Low levels of immigration ,especially of blue collar workers.
1.a) No mothers with "anchor babies" or border jumpers.
2) legal immigration of a well qualified work force.
3) An economically stable neighbour.
4) Better use of resources ( ie in the fight against terrorism )
I undestand this may be a long term solution, but it will be a lasting one.

They only reason they believe they have a right to fair treatment is because just like all americans they pay taxes for everything, they work at places you would never work at. They're just looking for a better way of life.
Besides this isn't really your country, unless you're native american (navajo). However that's a whole other topic. I say that if you're a minuteman, you're a hitler fan. People like you are not only sick, but ignorant. Sure they broke the law, but in this day and age who hasn't (jaywalking, running a red light, hell even experimented with drugs) I know there isn't a single person here who can honestly say "i have never broken a single law".
So what makes you better than them? they at least make an honest living for **** pay, something you wouldn't do.
I'm not saying, give them amnesty. All i am saying is give them a chance, because just like you can't judge a book by it's cover. You can't judge a person from what other people or specially the media tell you. Seriously though, think about it.
They're already here, if you make them leave. BOOM a hit to the economy, because they won't be paying taxes anymore, or working here or anything.
Most people are too ignorant to see past what the media tells them, to really think about it. Do you know anyone in this situation?
So how can you judge something that you don't thouroughly know or understand.

You're right, but admit it, isnt that what all anti-illegals wish the American government and authorities would do?? I understand the anger at the hypocrisy of it all, but if the penalties for breaking the immigration laws were as severe here in America would we have the immigration problems that we have now? The majority of the people here criticizing the people of Mexico telling them to leave have never even seen Mexico other than what they see in pictures and tv and yet they wouldnt go down there based on that, now, if you lived in the conditions youve read about and there was a chance to do better for yourselves and your family would you not do whatever you had to do to get it??!! Sure, blame them for taking advantage of our benefits and coming in illegally, draining our resources, but ask yourself how it was all possible for them to do so!! Why blame people for taking advantage of our system when it is so faulty to begin with??!! We cant persecute them for our own incompetency!!!

You have to get your facts straight.
They come here because this is the land of the free. If you lived in Mexico or any other 3rd world country you'd probably be trying to get out of there yourself and want to be treated nice right???
I myself bring them here legally under an H-2A program and all they want to do is come here to work and go back home and take their money to their family, there's nothing wrong with that as long as they're not breaking the law.
Put yourself in their shoes.

I"M mEXICAN aMAERICAN AND WHEN i VENTURE INTO MEXICO I NEVER GET DETAINED OR NOTHING IN THAT MATTER, I TRAVEL INTO CHIHUAHUA AND WHEN I GET TO THE MEXICAN BORDER I DON'T EVEN GET A PERMIT. SO I THINK THAT HAPPENS TO ONLY A FEW PEOPLE OUT THERE.
