I can hear the sound of the video but not the video. I go to the selected folder where I want my downloads to go to and a new folder titled incomplete created itself with all the videos i downloaded. How can i fix it??

You need the correct codec installed on your pc. Find out what codec it needs and then download and install it for your pc. Its most probebly the XVID codic you need.

download codec from
www.download.com
search 4 codecs
and install them
and after u will see the video also

You need to download the codecs for that movie for the program you are using ( I asume Windows Media Player). That way you can play it... hope this helps...
