Friends and Family,Kittens and puppies.
A few years ago a friend was going through a really bad time. The consultant who was treating her suggested making a scrap book of "Happy Things "
All of us who knew her sent cuttings from magazines and newspapers , to add to her collection.
There were pics of baby animals, sunsets, cartoons, funny stories etc.
Soon one book was full and she said that it had made a huge difference to her.Every time she felt down or sad or even sorry for herself ,she would open her book and remember all the people in her life who had sent these Happy Things.

I'm Okay, Your Okay... Well I'm more than Okay. If you were 100 out of 100 then I'm 110. Don't be silly you say how can you be more than 100 if that's the maximum? Well my Bank Manager says I have negative money but I have never seen any of that either.
