You mean, languages that people learn second?

English is the most common second language around the world by far. After that, probably the stuff kids learn in school, like Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew...ummm, I don't know after English. Not that I'm particularly Anglo-centric, I just didn't ever hear of the rest of the list.

I agree with SweetPea that English is probably the most commonly learned second language.
