How do you get back the one you lost? when do you try n re-start.... you havent spoken for time n the last time you did it was messy but now you want to try again - what are the best ways?

First of all - does this person want to get back with you? If so, you both need to put water under the bridge, forgive and forget in order to move on....and communicate!!
