Your cat needs vet attention. This could be a sign of giardia, or a more serious disease.

Bloody diareah? My cat has never had that before and she always knows where the litter box is. Did you put it in a place where she can find it? And maybe you should go to the vet and ask why she has bloody diareah.

I would see a vet if it is bloody asap. once the cat has left that scent in an area they will keep going back to use the bathroom so to speak.

take your cat to the vet - if she has diarrhea she may not be able to make it to the box. At any rate it sounds like something's wrong

She's sick. Take her(and if possible, a sample of her stool) to the vet as soon as you can.
