Ok so there is this guy that i do like and well today he was in a realll pissy mood but then when i saw him i asked him what was wrong and he told me not to worry about it?..but then he had to leave to do something and when he came bak i started talking to him and he was fine...now this guy treats me so nicely...he invites me places...he hugs me..he asked for my email ....he tries to make me laugh...he tickles me ..he smiles when he sees me...he leans on me...and he is kinda flirtly...now frm wht i told you do you think he likes me or could he more likely want to be close friends with me ?? :S

how old are you? He wants you when he's in the mood but when he's not he treats you with silence and probably like crap, never trust people like this, they have a mean side that will never go away, and don't be so nieve you think you can change him, that just makes them more angry on the inside, you need to grow up and spread yourself around to new people to experience life a bit more, oh and you need to grow up a little more if you can't see what directly in front of you

Well I looked it up in the official how to tell if he likes me handbook and it says if he asked for your email and tickles you then he doesnt like you. If he only did one or the other he might but since he did both it actually means he is gay.

I think he likes you enough to string you along, make out with you, and have sex with you. If he wanted to be your boyfriend, he would have made a move towards that. He is probably a player.
