I want to take my girlfriend out to a nice fancy restaurant. I want to find a place where I can ask her to marry me. This got to really nice place. Price does not matter. I’m in Los Angeles and I don’t mind the drive. Any suggestions

If you want to impress someone and dig Prime Rib, Lawry's in Beverly Hills is a great choice. Not quite formal attire, but I would certainly call it fancy. An under-rated choice that's more organic is The Inn of the 7th Ray. It's not as fancy of an atmosphere, but the food choices are "organic fancy".

in Yountsville, CA is AMAZING and a very impressive wine list too!!! It is one of chef Thomas Keller's places. Have a great dinner.

Try La Jolla Cove its very romantic there...there are restaurants over looking the water and after dinner u can walk along the cove at sunset...then propose ...good luck! :)
Incase u don't know...The Cove Restaurant is in San Diego...in the La Jolla area.

The Wine Cask in Santa Barbara. When you order, simply ask for Chef's choice. The chef will prepare something for you that may or not be on the menu, or that he has just been toying with. Always good.

i think that the most romantice place to ask a girl to marry you is on the HornBlow Boat in downtown....its nice and you can have dinner there....
