I am not aloud to go trick or treating and we just moved in this new house that has a front bancony and i was wondering is it illegal to throw water balloons at trick or treaters haha.Thanks

I don't think so but it will be cold and you can make inoccent little kids sick... so if your going to do you better hope you don't get my son... cause I'm gonna kick your A S S all over the neighborhood.

First, it's a prank, not a joke or riddle. You asked this in the wrong forum.
Second. If you can handle the heat from whatever kids, parents and the police will bring you for tossing those balloons, then go for it.
Third, you must still be young to consider listening to your parents and not to sneak out and go trick or treating.... not to mention the water balloon idea.
