Fist thing the only silly question is the question not asked!!

Depends on how the girl feels about the situation... it takes two to tango. Don't ever force yourself onto a girl (plus some girls may just kick your butt for it :0), you will no when the time is right.

Hey, I don't know how u Americans do, but us (Brazilians) kiss at the first date!! When we "get the signal" , that's the right time to kiss the girl and have a great date!!! U get be confident and strong, being at the same time simpathetic and having a good conversation!! Ok?!

Watch the movie 'Hitch' will Will Smith. Answers it all there. He even gives you a few signs women use to hint to their dates that they will be receptive for a kiss.
It's all a sign thing. You will have to be able to read your date's sign's and see if a kiss will be okay, or if she will swerve at the last moment and make you feel like crap.

I would say 2nd or 3rd date. . .wait for the right time, don't worry about it being one the right day. Subtely looks for signals. Good luck!

I think the 2nd date is good, but always ask her if its ok. Thats the respectful thing to do. My hubby did that, and ill never forget it. It was so sweet.
