I am 150 pounds, 5.8" i like my body but my hips are 36" and look huge! Since last september i have joined this class, "strength training". It is harder than regular pe and i have it everyday of the week for about 36 minutes. I have toned up in my legs which made my pants baggy but i have seen any results in my hips/waist. I dont eat that much a day. About maybe 1200-1500 calories a day. What can i do to get a fast (coulpe of months) result?

You should consider more cardio, rather strength training for those areas you want to lose weight in. Muscles are good, because they actually burn more calories, but, if you want to lose "area", cardio is the way to go.

I just recently implemented a natural & healthy way that's even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life. I feel 100% better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2" in my waist and I have lost 20 pounds in only the last 26 days. What’s incredible (honestly) is that I did not diet, eat special foods, skip meals, or even exercise.

I'm sorry, but I don't see how you can be 5ft8 with 36 inch hips that you consider to be 'huge'? That is a size 6 at most and being tall, you must look very slim indeed. I'm 5ft2 and have 38 inch hips and I love it that they are big.

Sometimes your hips are naturally wide and it doesn't matter how much weight you lose, you can't change the width of your hip bones. All you end up doing is getting a flat butt and your hips will still be wide. Be happy as you are and it's not like you have big hips anyway, because for your height they are pretty small. Take care : )

do a lot of cardio!! go for brisk walks or hop on the treadmill. For at least 30 mins 3 times a week. If you are serious...do it everyday!

Cardio, anything that gets your heart pumping. Jog, swim, bike etc. You could try circuit training which combines cardio with strength training.
