I LOVE guys who write me poetry..it shows that they're not as big and tough as everyone seems to think. Even if it's a side that only I get to see that's good enough for me. Besides, poetry comes from the heart. As far as complimenting me...it makes me feel good, but at the same time I don't like being complimented, but that's just me. Hope that helps!

women like men that are heartfelt and say things just to be nice. When men say something nice to get laid, it's wrong.
Why? Well, when a man writes poetry to the woman it shows that there is still love in the relationship. (either that or his brain still works.)

I would love a guy who would put that much time and effort into complimenting me. Even if it was really bad sappy poetry I would still be flattered.
