I've actually had that happen once. i went on a date. I really liked the woman. At the end, she said, "Well you are a really great guy and all, but I'm engaged and getting married in about 2 weeks. Thanks for dinner though." I wasn't trying to get in her pants per se, but I was at the time attempting to find a long term partner. Since then I have totally given up and figure I'm going to be single the rest of my life and better get used to it.

I can honestly say that I've never gone out on a date to get a free meal. If you are finding that your dates are only going out with you for a free meal then, you need to start making some changes about the way you meet these "chicks" that you are dating. Otherwise, Stupid is as Stupid does!

Since you believe that sometimes chicks only go on dates for free meals, you need to go back-track and think again. All I'm saying is that if you believe it then you think women are poor.i mean like they go on dates for meals is probably because they don't have enough money to buy food at home. But if that's not the reason then they might just be mentally challenged or at least trying.

As a woman, I have gone out for free meals, drinks, night on the town, whatever. I usually have a good time too. Even though I am not interested in the guy, it makes for good dating practice and socializing skills for both of us and it does give him the opportunity to change my mind.
I have never had a guy catch my deception, but I would be offended if he did. By going out with him, I never promised him anything other than my company for the evening. It's not my fault he couldn't win me over.
